Our meditation benches have been designed and crafted to give you absolute comfort during meditation.  Each bench is handmade of the finest pine wood from Italy and layered with an eco-friendly, water-based coat to assure durability and an environmentally safer product.  The foam cushion is built into the bench and covered by fabric made of 100% cotton for extra quality and comfort.  When using our benches your body will be naturally settled into an ergonomic posture for a healthier spine.

We have expertly crafted our benches to better fit your body type and seating preference. With foldable legs, you can easily carry the bench from place to place, making it easier to travel. The Chandra bench can be used either as a Japanese-style Seiza bench (kneeling position) or as a more traditional pillow seat, directly on the floor.  The Chandra (moon in Sanskrit) shape allows you to easily adjust the angle of your seat by leaning the bench forward or backwards to maximize comfort.
